Feeling pretty good about the Kenpo work out today!....First time I actually finished a full session...I had to stop twice but I did finish !
Maybe this is a sign of better things to come. Stretch or rest day today and then tomorrow starts week 3
All I can say is "Do your Best, Forget the rest & Bring It!"

Keep up the good work! I have weigh-in tomorrow, after the last 2 weeks I will be satisfied if I have not GAINED anything.
