Ok Three days down and only Eighty Seven to go....who would have thought that this much pain (I mean burn)could come from simple excecise...Did I say simple, yes I did but you try putting your arms out straight left to right at shoulder height finger tips to the sky and just turn your arms in small circles forward for a minute and then backwards for a minute...sounds simple right well it BURNS BABY...but the good news is i'm sure its working.
Day 1.... I attempted more push ups on day one then i my last 43 years of living. Also pull ups and chin ups are the hardest thing you can imagine....Yes I am using the chair with one foot helping out...I look forward to being able to get to the point where I can do 3 sets of 15 pull ups and Chin ups, with out the Chair...heck I like to do 5 with out the chair....hey i got 3 months right?
Day 2.... Plyometrics.... Just a fancy word for non-stop movement!!!!! Did I mention Non Stop movement....I was dying... Again simple movements but the constant movement really hits you around the halfway mark
Day 3 Arms and shoulders....I think I need to go with the dumbbells the Bands work great but I think if you are going to really get into this you need the weights..However I'm traveling now and the bands pack easy..so I guess you need both..DVD, the Bands, and Attitude and your in business.... Hey did I metion I cooked my first Boneless Chicken Breast tonight for dinner, along with some snap peas and rice and an O'douls for a drink (i told you i was giving up Alcohol for 90 days, hey 3 days and no shaking, thats good right) oh ya my dinner..well all I can say is I miss Heidi! she can cook ! thats ok she will be here in a couple days..I can eat on Friday .....
Anyway looking forward to tomorrow..Yoga day !!!!Thats where you just kind of lay on the floor right...I could use a morning like that...My upper body feels like a rag doll thats been fought over by pitbulls !
But I know this is going to work So BRING IT !
