OK Want to know if your ready for P90X...try just this one exercise...Wall Squats !
Lean against the wall with your feet about 18" off the wall and slide down the wall with just your back, until you are in a seated position with your legs flat, as if you were sitting in a chair. Now just sit there ...sounds easy right...try staying there for even a minute, if this seems to easy for you then put one of your legs out straight while sitting there...try it you'll see
anyway great day today almost finished a whole exercise with the group....I'm getting there.
