Before Pictures of the "Panza"......I dont think so !

Ok having a debate with a friend about posting my before pictures......Basically I don't think the general public is ready for that...Ok maybe my ego isn't ready...Because right now my general public consists of my two daughters,10 year old Ava and 12 year old Emma and my 11 year old neice Daria....So for now who ever may show up, I think your just going to have to trust me I need P90X....34 pounds may not sound like a lot to some of you, but it sure feels like a lot walking up a set of stairs!

Instead of a picture...Picture this...on my wedding day I was 6'tall and 194lb. I refer to this as my "Wedding Weight".......Now I am 6' 228lb. I refer to this as "MAX CAPACITY"...I wish to get back to my Wedding Weight, Who wouldn't.

Another interesting fact that I realized on my way to "Max Capacity" was at time of my Wedding I had a pants size of 34" waste and a 32" inseam ...again at 6' tall... some where along the path I became a 38" waste with a 30" inseam....I thought "hey what am I shrinking?"...but I'm still 6'....oh that's right it's called a belly or in Italian a "Panza" (pancia) it means Belly or stomach .....

anyway I think you get the idea it's time to "Shrink The Panza!"

Getting started

Just ordered the P90X set of Dvds and I am awaiting the arrival. Today is Saturday Januarary 30th and I have 24 days left of eating, drinking, and basically doing what ever I want.

Which by the way is pretty much how I have lived my life for the past twenty five years with regard to diet anyway.
