First bad week.....To much work and work outs have suffered......The only good news to report here is its week six and not to sound like a dork but I'm down a pants size!!!I know kind of a dorky thing to say but I want anyone who's reading, to know that this really does work! The last time I fit in a 36" waist was just about 8 years ago! Oh & I lost another pound ...That would be more good news!
I would like to welcome Stephen Lz to the site...FYI regarding the work outs...I did get three sets of 8 in the pull ups department and I can now do 10 with out stopping...and I am starting to hear positive feedback from people who haven't seen me in a while and Heidi says my back muscles are starting to show.
Some Friends are really trying to get me off the wagon and into a bottle Bombay Safire....I have to admit I would like a Gin after work on the stressful days! but I'm not going to Break..I'm holding out until May 24th... I even went to Fenway park the other night Red Sox / Yankees and I didn't even have a Beer..I know Crazy right...

15 lbs down 25 to go
Great Day ! we are down 15 lbs as of yesterday....feeling pretty good about that and I did 3 sets of 8 pull ups which is saying a lot as I could only do 1 set of three in week 1.
week 5 is a killer by the way...Time for the little dogs to stay on the porch!
Heidi is doing great on week two we did Plyometrics together on Tuesday it was pretty funny...then today she's all about "Bring It!" I'm not sure if she's starting to scare me or if she's starting to impress me.
Anyway I would like to thank Carl S. from New Hampshire for jumping on the the Zizman bus...Welcome Carl, we are up to five followers now... might be time to start thinking about T-Shirts...I'm thinking "P90X and the zizman" on the front and "Just Bring It!!!"... on the back... what you think?..... Maybe to much blood to the head today from doing to many curls....
Lets focus on the positive ...tip of the day "Do your Best and forget the rest !"
Five weeks and fifteen pounds...you just gotta love it !.... anyone can do this by the way.... one hour a day for three months and your brand new....
